Facilities
The Polish Retirement Home is comfortable, bright, spacious and
air-conditioned.
There are two lounge/sitting rooms, equipped with television, video,
stereo system, as well as a piano; a spacious activity room; library, with
Polish and other language publications; and dining room. Courtyards with
gardens provide areas to sit, read and enjoy the tranquil surroundings, or
to entertain family and friends using barbecue facilities, or enjoy the
vegetable garden.
Accommodation
Every resident has an individual bedroom with bathroom en-suite, including
a shower and toilet—each securely fitted with handrails. Couples have
access to two rooms with a connecting door.
Ali rooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes and dressing tables.
Furniture can be provided, such as table,
bed, chair, bedside table and lamp. Residents are encouraged to bring
their own furniture and personal possessions to increase their sense of
safety and familiarity.
Ali bed linen, bedding and towels are provided by the Polish Retirement
Home. Assistance with personal laundry and/or cleaning of individual rooms
can be arranged.
Polish Retirement Home provides a safe and secure environment. Ali rooms
arę fitted with 24-hour emergency call system and keys for personal
security. The home has a fully fitted and constantly serviced fire
prevention system, including smoke detectors and sprinklers.

l s
Polish cuisine is our specialty. Ali meals are served in the dinning room,
including three main meals and morning and afternoon tea. Meals
are provided within residents' rooms in case of illness and/or incapacity.
